I
The
search process
begins by getting
to know our
clients. In
our initial
discussions
we arrange a
meeting with
the client to
gather vital
information
about
the open position
to thoroughly
determine each
client's needs,
establish the
focus and direction
of the search,
and develop
and refine the
position specifications.
We obtain information
about the client
company's history,
challenges,
and strategic
business and
future staffing
plans. Our objective
is to make powerful
contributions
to our clients.
By understanding
our clients
corporate
culture we can
engage top perfomers
with the ideal
traits that
will help them
fit in and begin
to create value
to the organization.
Phase
II
Qualifying
Candidates
through thorough
investigation
and interviewing
them to
obtain a
realistic
appraisal
of their
capabilities,
accomplishments,
and potential
to qualify
for the clients
opportunity.
This process
also involves
consulting
candidates
on the career
challenges
and benefits
of joining
the client
organization.
Assuring
only candidates
that meet
their specifications
and who
are serious
about the
opportunity
are set
up to interview.
Only after
each candidate
is prescreened,
qualified
and apprised
of the client
expectations
will they
be submitted
for review.
Phase
III
Professional
coordination
of scheduling
and coordinating
phone interviews
and face to
face interviews.
Our job is to
be the deal maker
by communicating
and providing
feedback to
both the client
and candidate
and to negotiate
the terms of
employment to
bring about
a smooth transition.
This includes
but is not limited
to salary, hiring
bonuses (if
applicable),
starting date,
relocation package,
and any potential
counter-offers.
Assist the client
in selecting
the successful
candidate, assist
the client in
negotiating
the offer, and
conduct and extensive
background check
on the selected
candidate. Consultation
of offers of
employment will
be done by Hite
Executive Recruiting
until the search
process is complete.
Progress
Reports
Throughout
the entire search
process the
client
will be provided
with regular
substantive
updates on the
progress
of the search
throughout the
recruitment
process.
